Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.
My name is Ebe Ghansah and I am aiming to raise £5000 for Keech Hospice by holding a 30 hour Brazilian jiu-jitsu event.
This event will aim to break the current record for the ’longest marathon aerobics / exercise class’.
By teaching a Brazillian jiu-jujitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Class while raising money for Keech Hospice who care for children with life limiting illnesses.
I have been teaching various forms of martial arts for over 28 years during this time I have seen how it builds confidence particularly in young people and children, this is why I have chosen Keech Hospice to receive the money raised during the event.
There are currently 15 members in my team who will complete the full 30 hour event and many more coming to show their support, joining in for as long as they want and some acting as witnesses to ensure we make it into the Guinness World Record Book.
The work Keech Hospice does for children and their families in the Milton Keynes area is truly inspiring. They make each day count for these children, and make sharing the best quality time with their families possible through such difficult times. Keech Hospice rely on donations such as this for 75 per cent of the funds needed to supply this service each year, that is why it is so important to get involved.
