Mental Health Concern provides life-changing support to improve mental health and wellbeing. Compassion and a focus on recovery is at the heart of all we do, and together with our sister organisation, Insight Healthcare, our specialist services support thousands of people each year. While our core funding comes from contracts with the NHS and local authorities, your kind donations go into our Extra Mile Fund for creative projects and activities to further enrich the lives of the people we serve.

This is Benji and Dave's 4th year running the Great North together in support of improving mental health care. 

Dave is now working for Insight Healthcare in Goole which is part of a full service offered across East Yorkshire including Beverley, Hull, Driffield, Bridlington, Withernsea, Holme On Spalding Moor and Market Weighton.

Other services are provided across the wider Yorkshire area including York and Calderdale
