Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm raising money for Winston's Wish, a charity that helps bereaved children through the confusion and pain of grief. My wife, Desreen Brooks was killed on 10th November 2012, leaving our then two-year-old son, Jackson, without a living mum for the rest of his life. My blog, Life as a Widower, tells the story of the struggles we have faced together since my wife's untimely death at just thirty-three years of age, but also the hope that springs from organisations such as Winston's Wish.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks so much for any support you can offer.
