We are raising money  to support Macmillan's Y Bwthyn Build Campaign. The Macmillan Palliative Care team were very helpful to Dad and the family during the last days of his life. 

The Y Bwthyn Macmillan Specialist Care Unit will provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for people needing inpatient, outpatient and day palliative care and their loved ones.

All donations will be supporting a wonderful cause and will be gratefully appreciated.
