I have a huuuggeee fear of heights - even seeing people look over a cliff edge on TV makes my legs hurt. I have walked over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the O2 Arena in the past but now its time to tackle this fear in a whole new way and abseil the 262ft drop of the 'Orbit' structure in the Olympic Park, Stratford. 

The company I work for, the Alan Boswell Group, are this year supporting a local charity called the Big C who have raised over £25million which has been put towards diagnostic and surgical equipment as well as providing support and information to cancer sufferers and their families.
