Every year 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. MIND won't stop until everyone of those people receive the support and respect they deserve. They campaign tirelessly to improve services, policies and public awareness and by doing so help to improve and even save lives.

To support this amazing charity my colleagues and I are pushing our fitness levels to the limit by taking on the Three Peak challenge! 24 Miles, 3 peaks and just 12 hours to complete - Eeek!!
