In the very, very early hours of Saturday morning, me and Mat will be heading to sunny Wales with a group of my work colleagues to climb the wonder that is Mount Snowdon. Those of you who know us well will be aware of our questionable fitness levels and realise how different this is from our usual Saturday lie in so please dig deep and sponsor us with whatever money you can spare.

We're raising money for local Cheshire charity the Children's Adventure Farm Trust. It's a great cause and it's website can be found at http://www.childrensadventurefarm.org/.
