here we go again.

this years challenge is 100miles in 48 hours not so bad untill you realise this will be taking place in the nether regions of mosquito,malaria infested Cambodia.

Why i can hear you say?

A question i ask my self everytime i think of it.

well the answer is there are 3 well deserving charities that need our help Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy, Teenage Cancer Trust and Child Line.

to date we have raised over £750k on the last 3 rides and this year we hope will be the £1m ride.

please give generously however much or little you can afford and think of all those kids you have helped.
