Representing MW Architects as part of the Magdalen house Runners, I’m supporting Shelter by taking on Vertical Rush 2017, London’s tallest, toughest tower-running challenge.

In March 2017 I’ll be running...and then walking... and then just crawling up Tower 42. This involves climbing over 932 steps. This will also involve a lot of preparation and training, as well as eating more healthier  and laying off the beer.

The sponsorship will go to Shelter which is doing an amazing job to help mitigate the homelessness problem. So give as much as you can
