HaemophiliaHaemophilia is a blood condition in which an essential clotting factor is either partly or completely missing. This causes a person with haemophilia to bleed for longer than normal and the main problem with this is internal bleeding into joints, muscles and soft tissues: if left untreated these bleeds cause acute pain and severe joint damage leading to disability.
Giving
Please dig deep and sponsor us online.
The Haemophilia Society receives nowhere near the levels of publicity and corresponding donations of the more 'popular' charities so every pound you donate is that much more valuable to those affected and means that much more.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: The Haemophilia Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor us now and many thanks for your support.
