Steve Wicks was a leading member of the BMW Motorcycle Club, Oxford Section, an intrepid motorcyclist with a passion for the BMW R1200RT, he rode everywhere including a solo trip to Rome to meet one of his daughters! This year Steve had been helping to organise a trip to Greece in September.  

Unfortunately Steve was tragically killed in a road traffic accident, just after successful heart surgery at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. We would like to collect to support the Oxford Heart Centre in Steve's memory and welcome donations from BMW Club and Oxford Section members who knew Steve and other motorcyclists and people who would like to support a good cause.

Steve died doing what he loved best and that is how we will remember him, someone who lived life to the full and was always the first to volunteer for anything to do with motorcycling.
