Hi everyone, only 3 weeks to go until the ride! Please tell your friends and families about us and get them to sponsor us. Did you know I'm building up a cycling playlist with a track every day until the ride? 30 tracks so far, 20 to go. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL0ACDA54792C64DE3

The 2012 BBC Monitoring Cycle Challenge is on!

This year a new team of six will be joining the Solent Coast Cycle Challenge, cycling 66 miles across the Isle of Wight and around the Solent.

We're going to build on the success of our rides over the previous three years, and aim to beat last year's time of 12 hours 30 minutes.

Please give generously!  Our target is to raise at least £125 each.

You can donate a fiver by texting "BBCM66 £5" to 70070, online on this page, or in person to anyone in the team.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
