We are passionate about our Armed Forces and believe they deserve all the support possible, especially now, with so many coming back from the sands, with horrific injuries, many losing limbs and so many suffering in silence the struggle of PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/ Combat Stress.

This year Blue Arrow Bristol collectively, are pushing themselves outside of their comfort zones, to raise money for Help For Heroes. A few of us participated in a 10Km mud race www.thewolfrun.com 7th Sept , Ceri has been baking H4H cup cakes to order, and will be taking on her own big challenge on Boxing Day by stepping into the freezing cold Tenby sea !!!! for a full body dip (nutter), Our goal is to raise £1,200 for Help For Heroes by end of the year.
