fter almost 14 weeks in hospital Alastair is finally at home for good. It has been a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Tears of sadness and tears of joy. A journey that we would not wish upon anyone, however we have all learned so much. Never take life for granted as in the blink of an eye your plans can be turned upside down Don’t take what someone tells you as gospel, question everything that you are told and if you are unsure don’t be afraid to push for answers or clarification.
Be positive, believe in yourselves never think that it won’t or cannot happen. If we had not believed in ourselves and that the situation would improve, we would not be where we are today. As for thanks I don’t know where to start but truly believe that every prayer has been answered and through the love, kind wishes of support and encouragement we have made it through this horrendous time.
We are raising money for both GNAAS for their amazing work at the scene of the accident, and Headway charity because of the help and support they have given my family and I over the past few months.
Thank you everyone who has supported me and my family through this horrendous time, I really can not thank you all enough.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
