Australian heavy music PR Chris Maric had such an awesome experience during 2016 Heavy Metal Truants, he is returning to the UK to take part once again. Along for the ride with him will be Carl Neumann, Owner/Editor of Australia’s premiere heavy music publication, Heavy Mag.

Together they are Wyld Stallyns, err no - Australian Truants.

Chris and Carl are joining Heavy Metal Truants V (Revenge Of The Fifth,) a rag tag group of metal music industry people, to raise money for some fantastic Children's Charities. They’ll do this by riding bicycles for 275km though the English countryside over three days, from London to the Download Festival.

The guys are honoured to be the Australian contingent of the Fifth Annual Truants Ride! If it’s anything like last year, the first beer at Download is going to taste sooo good!

Each rider has pledged to raise a minimum £1300, so Chris and Carl have a £2600 target. Approx $4400AUD
