To support them, together with 19 brave colleagues, I will do the National Three peaks challenge which consists in climbing the highest mountain in England, Scotland and Wales in just 24 hours (including bus transport between locations!) after only 2 months training :0
6am – 11 am: Ben Nevis, Fort William, Scotland 1343 metres (basecamp at 50 metres) - Total climb of 1293 metres
5pm – 9pm Scafell Pike, Lake District, England - 977 metres
(basecamp at 70 metres) - Total climb of 907 metres
2am – 6am Snowdon, Snowdonia National Park, Wales - 1085 metres (basecamp at 60 metres) - Total climb of 1025 metres
