Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Rod Tarry passed away on the 14th February 2018 after a short battle with terminal melanoma. A man with passion and enthusiasm for the people and things he believed in. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and also a friend to many. He will be truly missed.
Although sad to lose Rod, rather than give floral tributes we invite you to celebrate his life by supporting the work of The Salvation Army in Basingstoke.
The Salvation Army is a registered charity and church working in more than 120 countries worldwide and is one of the largest and most diverse providers of social welfare in the world. In the UK and Republic of Ireland this work includes more than 800 Salvation Army social service centres and community churches. We provide unconditional friendship, support and very practical help to people in crisis and need and work with children, older people, homeless people and those dealing with drug and/or alcohol addiction.
