Story
Getting up in the morning to go to school is never easy, but imagine having to walk fifteen miles to get there. Not a simple task at awful o'clock in the morning! However, Peter Msongelwa (a young boy living in rural Zimbabwe) had to undertake such a journey every day. Makomborero believes that no child should have to walk fifteen miles to be entitled to education at their nearest school: education is every child's right.
Makomborero is a small, UK-based charity that supports young people like Peter, so that they can receive the education that they deserve.
