Six years ago I ran with Emma (see sweaty photo) at the Great the North Run only a month after her husband Jon tragically lost his life following a display with the Red Arrows. That day, she launched the Jon Egging Trust (JET) and turned the awful event that changed her life, into a legacy that would go on to inspire and change young people's lives - 10,000+ so far - for the better.

Feel very lucky to now work for JET, with a whole team of brilliant people who are taking Jon and Emma's vision right across the UK. JET believes that everyone deserves the chance to be the best they can be, but we need funds to keep doing that. It costs  £32 for a young person to take part in a JET Blue Skies session to learn about Teamwork with the Red Arrows, or Leadership with the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
