In memory of Angelica James Price - Raising fund for Sands

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
12 October 2024
It’s the day before race day and everything is set. Thank you for everyone’s donations and support. It was great news to hear that babies born too soon are now able to receive a baby loss certificate. It means the world that they are now legally recognised. They existed. It will give further determination tomorrow. 💜 💙
#RoyalParksHalf #BabyLossAwarenessWeek
3 September 2024
On 13 October 2024, I will be running the Royal Parks half in memory of Angelica and James. 13 years ago on the 14 June 2011 my world as I knew it changed forever with the death of my twins. 💜 💙 It also coincides with Baby Loss Awareness Week 9 - 15 October 2024.
The training…
My training began back on 1 June with the Weybridge 10k. The weeks have gone well with long, slow runs increasing along with track sessions, shorter runs and strength training.
Week 15 is fast approaching…Follow below for updates!
20 March 2022 - Hampton Court Half Marathon
It’s been a long time coming but I finally completed the Hampton Court Half Marathon today on a beautiful spring day. I had to defer from September 21 due to a knee injury. Training for the third time was going well until I caught Covid-19 in January 22 and training got side-tracked. Recovery back to running pace and distance took a good six weeks so absolutely delighted to complete today’s race in 2 hours and 31 minutes! 🏃♀️ ☀️ 💪 🏅
26 July 2021: Week 4
Training is going well despite the set back of isolation for 10 days missing the end of week 2 and all of week 3. Humidity is high but just adds to the mix! My Sands running top has arrived through the post as well. 🏃♀️ ☀️ 🥵 🌧
6 June 2021: Hampton Court Half Marathon
I signed up to the Hampton Court Half back in October 2020 as I always knew I wanted to complete this distance in memory of Angelica and James for their 10th Anniversary which will be on 14 June 2021. My training plan began back in January 2021 as I was due to run on 21 March. Unfortunately, 8 weeks into my training the event got rescheduled to 19 September 2021 due to Covid. Training stopped but will be determined to pick up training again at the end of this month.
14 June 2018: Walk a mile in my shoes
It will be the 7th anniversary of the death of our twins Angelica and James on 14 June this year. In their memory, I will be walking a mile in my shoes to support this year’s Sands Awareness Month. You can read more at https://www.justgiving.com/campaigns/charity/sands/findingthewords
I would be grateful for any donation you can make in memory of my twins to support Sands and the vital work they do supporting bereaved parents.
1 June 2014: The London Color Run
We did it! Louis and I walked round the fabulous London Color Run in glorious sunshine with an incredible atmosphere. I woke up this morning determined and ended the day feeling inspired! I hope our angels, Angelica and James are proud of us both. They really have inspired me in all that I set out to do. xx

I'm running The London Color Run on 1 June 2014. Please donate to support my local charity that is run by bereaved parents for bereaved parents.
5 June 2012
We have been blessed with our rainbow baby, Annabel Lily on 5 June 2012. She has brought joy to our very precious family with our twin angels looking down after us all.
"Rainbow babies is the understanding that the beauty of a rainbow does not negate the ravages of the storm. When a rainbow appears, it doesn't mean that the storm never happened or that the family is not still dealing with the aftermath. What it means is that something beautiful and full of light has appeared in the midst of darkness and clouds. Storm clouds may still hover but the rainbow provides a counterbalance of colour, energy and hope."

A big thank you to the head teacher, teachers, PTA and parents for their support for my Mother’s Day coffee morning fundraiser. We raised £300!
14 June 2011
Our precious twins, Angelica and James died on 14 June 2011. Words can not describe how you deal with the death of your baby let alone find the strength to rebuild your life going forward.
In their memory we raised funds towards the Epsom Butterfly Garden, see http://www.justgiving.com/Epsom-Babies-Memorial.
This officially opened on 8 June 2012 having raised £43,000! It is in partnership with Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.
Having a special, tranquil place to visit and remember our babies, Angelica and James has brought some comfort to a very sad time in our lives. A plaque with their names, birth date and message sits proudly and peacefully in the garden.
A big thank you for your continued support!
