My nephew Adam Bird is suffering from a rare and aggressive children's cancer called Neuroblastoma. Adam has been fighting his cancer for three years and has reached the time when there are no new treatments available to him in this country .His parents Nick and Alison will have to take him to America for treatment that could save his life. The treatment may cost upto £500,000 so please help me raise funds so that Adam can get the treatment he needs.

Half of the money I raise will go directly to Adam's appeal and the rest will go to the Neuroblastoma Alliance to support other children and their families who are also facing the same battle.
