On 16 April I am taking part in The Welsh 1000 Walk. Over 1,000 people will take part in 72 simultaneous walks to circumnavigate Wales to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society, a combined distance of 1,057 miles. The event is being organised by a friend of mine, Ian Walker, who's father has Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. I will be walking 27km along the Offa's Dyke Path from Hay-on-Wye to Pandy. Please help me raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society to aid their efforts to combat this disease and support those affected by it.
