We help stroke survivors to find strength through support.

Story

So... I'm doing Tough Mudder on Saturday 4th May - Electrocution, fire walking, underwater tunnels amongst other things. Amd the a few weeks later I am doing the Manchester 10km. Despite it being one of the busier races, I have said that for every whole minute over 45 minutes that it takes me to complete the Manchester 10km, I'll donate £25 of my own money.

Why donate? Mainly because it's a great cause that needs more sponsorship. Plus, at Tough Mudder, having done it before I can assure you I will be in significant levels of discomfort and pain not only on the day, but a while afterwards too. Finally, I'm betting against myself in the Manchester 10km and I could cost myself a fair few quid; and realistically, you donating £5 is essentially a pint and a half in Manchester these days!

Please give generously!

Much love, Coyne

xx
