As i'm sure most of you know, doing anything remotely sporty is not my strong point! I have decided to participate in the Palace to Palace bike ride on the 5th October to raise some money for the Princes Trust, a worthy cause as im sure you are aware,  learn a new skill ( I havent ridden a bike for any distance, ever!) and get myself off the sofa for a change, so please help me reach my target of £120!
