On September 10th a small group of us will be undertaking the London to Paris bike ride from our City offices (60 Gresham Street) to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris a distance of over 450km in 3 days.

My first practice on my shiny new bike ended in disaster so this is probably going to be harder than I thought.
