Story
Guys,
Thanks a bunch for taking the time to visit this page.
When I moved to London 3 years ago, I left behind my family, friends, acquaintances, I basically left my home to find a new one.
I was working from home the first year in London and my only contact with the outside world was my boyfriend, Tudor. The first 6 months have been the toughest in my life perhaps as I had no friends, no family here, I felt lost and sad and this got me nearly to depression.
I was lucky, I found the cure at the gym. Started having a purpose, every single day after work I would've exercised. To kill some time, to get fitter, to do 3 consecutive pull ups without thinking of anything at all. I had once again a purpose.
Unfortunately not everyone can easily find a way to fight anxiety, depression, loneliness and panic attacks by themselves and we need to help. We need to support each other with as much, as little as we can.
I'm cycling from London to Paris, 300 km in 3 days with a bunch of amazing people I met at work because we all believe that Mental Health is as important as any health.
If you believe in the points above or have experienced this or simply want to spread awareness, please support us by donating as little as possible, as much as you can afford for a great cause.
Together we can fight this and support others who most need our help.
Thanks,
Anca
