Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Background:

#InspiredbyHannah flooded social media for very good reason. Hannah Francis inspired thousands of people she never met, and achieved so much in her tragically short life.  We want to raise money for the amazing charity she set up, Willberry Wonder Pony - and challenge ourselves to push ourselves to compete in her sport.

Hannah's story is best read in her own words - please visit her charity's website, and become a friend of Willberry. They desperately need long term commitment, to help realise Hannah's vision.

The challenge is to compete at a British Eventing 80 event in the autumn of 2018. To get there will require many other challenges along the way - such as getting fit, loosing weight, conquering nerves, training hard, and learning the skills necessary to be able to compete safely.

Our Story

So... this is the start of mine and Daisy's journey.  As you probably know I have never had brave pants when it comes to jumping, and in actual fact I have NEVER jumped a cross country jump at all, however Hannah's story and her passion has inspired me to try and achieve something that I have always wanted to do, and at the same time raise money for a fantastic cause.

Follow our progress on our Facebook page (Amy Smith Dressage) and also on here, and if you can give any money then it would be really welcome and help spur me on that bit more.

Here's to the next 12 months!!
