I will be running the Bristol Half Marathon this Sunday, raising funds to support the Andrew Mcgeown legacy fund and the RNLI.

Swim Safe is a project to provide young people along the Yorkshire coast with the opportunity to learn of the dangers of the sea and also provide them with the necessary skills should they find themselves in deep water. It costs approximately fifteen pounds per person to attend all paid for by the generous donations and fundraising events through the year.
