Through my job I've started working with Back Up, a small UK charity that believes although a spinal cord injury can be devastating, it shouldn't stop anyone getting the most out of life.

Back Up provide lifelong support for those who have been affected by spinal cord injury. They provide a variety of training and mentoring services to help rebuild confidence and independence after injury.

Please dig deep and give generously to this worthy cause - just £500 will allow Back Up to train a new family mentor to help those affected by spinal cord injury overcome obstacles or achieve their goals. Any support is hugely appreciated.
