I am taking part in a sponsored tyre flip for charity. Between myself and my fellow bootcampers we are going to attempt to flip a 45kg tyre from Chichester to Lavant.

This is such a great charity which does not get the recognition it deserves. Among many other mental health issues, MIND helps women who have suffered Post natal depression and post partum psychosis both of which me and my family have suffered.
