On Friday 7th October I'll be abseiling 15 storeys down from the roof of the KPMG building in Canary Wharf, with only abseil gear and rope in between me and the pavement 75 meters below! 

 

I've covered the costs of taking part in this event so every penny raised will be going straight towards Barnado's. The work they do is absolutely amazing and will most definitely be put to good use. Don't forget that if you're eligble for gift aid, the gov will give that little bit extra on top of your donation :)
