As many of you know, my dear friend Lisa passed away in January after three long years of illness. Katharine House Hospice were absolutely incredible during what was an impossible time for Lise, and all the many people who loved her. Run by volunteers, the peace, comfort and support they provide for those in an unthinkable situation is humbling and it truly matters. So this is for our Lise, who will be finding the prospect of us doing any form of exercise hilarious, and who I miss with all my heart.
