I am going to be participating in the London Half Marathon in order to raise money and awareness for Tommy's - an amazing charity that "fund research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth, and provide pregnancy health information to parents."

The loss of a baby is something that has affected me and many loved ones on a personal level and I want to spare others the same grief that we have all felt and still feel even now.
