The Challenge

It started last year with a bright idea...for some it was dream, for others it was challenge... For all it was sufficiently far away not to worry about.

Fast forward through winter, and the Paris trip is now just a couple of weeks away. Rides to Brighton, Cambridge and Canterbury have provided some solid training but the 300 miles to Paris could be a different story… be assured that this is no safe bet. Please dig deep and give us the extra motivation we’ll need when the going gets tough.

 

The Charity

Camp Mohawk is a sanctuary for disabled children. Established in 2001 by our friends Matt and Katie, the camp is set in the beautiful bluebell woodlands of Twyford, Reading. Over the years they have introduced new elements to the camp with a swimming pool, sensory room and adventure playground being added.

There really is nowhere else like it in the country and the only way they can cope with the increasing demand is through donations and fundraising. So that’s why we’re doing our bit for them. It’s a truly worthwhile cause and all the money that you donate will go towards something which will directly benefit the kids.
