Hi guys.

Thanks for taking the time to look at my Just Giving page. 

This year I'm running the Great North Run for Help For Heroes. Since the untimely death of Fusilier Lee Rigby, it's never been more important to keep supporting organisations like H4H who do such incredible work and give amazing support to service people still in action and those injured from active duty and their families. It is so important that the work our forces do isn't taken for granted and we must do what we can to help support them in times of need. They are serving to keep us safe and protect our country.

I'll be donning my H4H running vest on September 15th to run the 13.2 miles from the Toon to sunny South Shields. Please if you can give what you can to help me reach the finish line and provide support for this fantastic charity, I would be extremely grateful.
