For those of you that know me well know this isn't my first 10k (though I'm hoping that this time I won't have an asthma attack after 1k - don't worry I always take my inhaler).

I might not be the best or fastest runner and when it comes to training I'm more than relaxed with my methods but I always want to do more to help (let's face it - its more entertaining to sponsor me to do a 10k with the knowledge that I will probably injure myself in the process). 

Teenage Cancer Trust is an AMAZING charity, I cannot even begin to relate to the hardships of the teenagers they help or the people that help them. Please help me to give them a few less things to worry about.
