I am running the 2013 London Marathon for Action for Children. 

Action for Children is a charity that helps change the lives of disadvantaged young parents and children across the UK. They are pioneering in the way they tackle issues such as child neglect and abuse, youth offenders and young people leaving care. Their work is hugely inspiring and aims to give children a sense of belonging and values, and the motivation to fulfil their potential.

Action for Children works with over 50,000 children and young people each year and run 600 projects in the UK. I would like to raise over £2000 which will enable the charity to continue increasing their innovative work.

I have always wanted to run the marathon and to be able to raise money for such a worthwhile cause is hugely exciting. I would be most grateful if you would please consider sponsoring me. I understand it is a lot to ask and requests for charity donations are frequent but any donation large or small would be absolutely amazing and I promise you that I will not let you down on the running front.
