I'm developing a bad habit. Four years after volunteering for the London Marathon, this time I've volunteered to climb the Three Peaks (Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdonia)

In September, me and five colleagues from WHSmith High Street will compete against five other WHSmith teams, to see not only who can raise the most money, but also which team can scale (and descend!) the three peaks in the quickest time! 

Our aim is to do the whole thing from start to finish in 24 hours!

Regarding the money - we're hoping to raise £60,000 between the six teams - half of the money will go to the WHSmith Trust (http://www.whsmithplc.co.uk/corporate_responsibility/whsmith_trust/) which itself supports charities local to WHSmith staff all over the country, but also encourages literacy and education in people of all ages.

The other half of the money raised will be donated by the WHSmith trust to Save The Children.

Ideally, the majority of that money will be raised by my team - and ideally, all of that will be raised by me. So, please donate to help us reach the goal, and if anyone else from WHS convinces you to donate to them, then just donate twice as much to me!
