As most of you will know, a good friend of ours passed away just after we left school. Since then, the Craig Gowans Memorial Fund has been set up and over the years has raised tens of thousands of pounds for the sick kids foundation. 

This year coming will be the tenth anniversary of Craigs passing, and to mark this event we have really pushed ourselves and are attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the longest game of 11 a side football, which currently stands at 76 hours,  so training is well under way…. (starting 4th July)

As Craigs Squad number at Falkirk was 37 we have set a team target of £37000 which we feel is more than achievable.

So as this is probably the biggest fund raising event i have ever been involved in and likely ever will be….now is the time i will be asking you to turn out your pockets. Any donation will be greatly appreciated by myself, the team and especially Craigs Family.
