Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As some of you may already know one of my best friends, Rachel Blaylock, passed away after a car accident on the 3rd of August at the age of 18. Rachel was a caring girl who was enthusiastic about fund raising and was actually going to run the 2014 Great North Run but passed before she got the chance. Running was one of her passions, no matter how many shin splints she got she still carried on running. I think running the great north run is a great way to honour her memory and I hope to make her proud.

Any donations are greatly appreciated and are going to a great cause, the great north air ambulance who save hundreds of lives each year with their specialist trauma doctors and paramedics who are always on hand.
