You'd think we might have learnt our lesson from last year - cycling the length of Wales in a single day to raise money for Help For Heroes - but clearly we're not that bright.

Yep, we're doing it again. Only this time we're setting off from where we finished last year, Oxwich Bay, South Wales, and aiming to reach Croyde Bay, North Devon, a cool 200+ miles away, the same day.

We're raising money for Birmingham Children's Hospital and we really hope you'll support us in blitzing our target.
