During 2013 I wlked 1000 miles round the entire coast and border of Wales, mare than two million steps ... so maybe you can give a little money to one of the charities I have been promoting.

The MHA provides care for the elderly across the UK, and has a number of homes and centres around the coast of Wales centred around Colwyn Bay in the North, Aberystwyth in the West and Penarth in the South.  I will visit some of these during my walk.
