I'm going to brave the monsters of Lake Bala and do a sponsored swim in aid of Diabetes UK. Half my family have got diabetes, one of Anna's best friends has it and one of Morgan's 5yr old friends has just been diagnosed too. No doubt diabetes has, or will affect someone you know too.
