I am going to be taking part in the aspire channel swim which is swimming the length of the channel within 12 weeks or less. This is a total of 1770 lengths in the pool at Invergordon swimming pool. Aspire supports people with spinal cord injuries and give them essential equipment, advice, housing and grants the spinal cord injured people need to live their lives independently. This is a big challenge so please be generous so I can make a difference.
