My name is Affy Rahman and I am throwing myself out of plane at 10000ft in support of Amnesty International to defend human rights. I am doing this with the EdBram Law Society at the University of Sheffield.
Amnesty International is a movement of ordinary people from across the world standing up for humanity and human rights. Their purpose is to protect individuals whoever justice, fairness, freedom and truth are denied. Amnesty is best known for its groundbreaking work around the world supporting prisoners of conscience - people jailed for their ideas or identity, and those working to defend human rights in dangerous conditions. The aim is to raise as much money as possible through sponsorship and I need your support. My target is to raise a minimum of £395. Anything you give will be sincerely appreciated. Every little bit helps.
If you get a kick out of seeing wannabe lawyers plummeting towards the ground at 125mph, donate generously. It is all for a good cause!
So please dig deep and donate now.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
