Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last year's Minithon was the biggest to date and this year promises to be even bigger as we have our newly created FC United Women's team plus Stockport County fans joining us and supporter-owned rugby club Rochdale Hornets.

The Minithon has raised thousands of pounds for our club and local charities. Last year our efforts enabled local charity The ACE Centre  to purchase an Eye Gaze Unit, enabling people with sever disabilities to operate a computer soley by use of their eyes. Based in Oldham, ACE’s speech and language therapists, specialist teachers and occupational therapists work across England to enable those children, young people and adults with severe and complex communication difficulties to communicate effectively and "have a voice".

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
