We are doing this for two very special people in our lives.  The most amazing Grandad ever, George Lawrence who is affected by dementia and Sophie's beautiful mummy, Lizzie Bird who suffers with Alzheimer's.

We are going to trek up Mount Snowdon and hopefully reach the top to watch the sunrise :).
