Story

So I'd had a glass or two of wine, and it seemed like a good idea at the time..

I'm aiming to raise (at least) a quid a kilometer, so at least 170 quid, and hopefully more, for Cornish Hospices. The LandsEnd 100 Sportive follows most of the cornish coast around west cornwall from Marazion, down to the lizard, up to portreath and St Ives, then of course Lands End, and along the south coast back to Marazion.

This is a big challenge for me - I've never ridden more than 25km before, let alone climb 2500 meters in one ride .. and my cycling is all on a shoestring budget so I'll be riding my Second hand 6 year old Trek 1000.

It's a good cause, and it's going to really really hurt. What could be better?
