I wanted to remember my 50th year and find myself a challenge. This year I will be 50 and have decided to to do the Cycle India trip through action for charity.  Women V Cancer have oranised the trip and in November 2012 I will be off, starting at the Taj Mahal and cycling 350k and finishing in the 'Pink City' of Jaipur!  Wow I can't wait.  i know this will be very difficult as we will be cycling through the countryside on dirt track roads and in heat of 35 degrees the ride will take 7 days to complete.  The charities I am helping are Breast Cancer Care, (www.breastcancercare.org.uk) Jo's Cervical Cancer trust (www.jostrust.org.uk) and Ovarian Cancer Action (www.ovarian.org.uk).  I am sure all of us know someone who has been touched by one of these dreadful cancers and with your help I want to contribute to help them carry on doing their good work from supporting families to raising awareness.
