On the 22nd September 2018, Phil Parkes will be completing a sponsored cycle, touring local Aldi stores to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.

Phil will start at his own store in Howdon then travel west to Newcastle stores; he will then cross the river Tyne by bridge and visit stores in Gateshead and Washington. Phil will then continue south as far as Chester-le-Street before starting the journey home via Sunderland and South Shields. Phil will return north of the Tyne via the ferry, and finish his epic ride back at his home store.

Phil hopes that by involving as many staff and customers as possible he will raise more money and awareness for the fantastic Teenage Cancer Trust.
